Refund & Returns Policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase at Al Barakah. If you are not fully satisfied, eligible items may be returned within 28 days of delivery.
Returns
To request a return, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at:
education@albarakah.co.uk
Returned items must:
- Be unused and in their original condition
- Have all pages intact with no marks, bends, or damage
- Include proof of purchase
Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Refunds are typically processed within 10 business days
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or incorrect
Please note that banks or card providers may take additional time to process the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at: education@albarakah.co.uk
We reserve the right to reduce the refund amount if returned items show signs of use or damage.
Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:
- Your order details
- Proof of purchase
- Clear photographs showing the issue
Where appropriate, we will arrange a replacement, exchange, or full refund.

All books and educational resources sold by Al Barakah are protected by copyright law. Copying, photographing, scanning, reproducing, or distributing any content without permission is strictly prohibited.
We reserve the right to refuse refunds where misuse or copyright infringement is suspected.
